Guidelines for Online Abstract Submission

Abstracts must be submitted directly via our interactive online editor during or after conference registration.

General Instructions & Flexible Submission

  • No File Uploads Required: Abstract submission is now 100% online—simply copy and paste your structured text directly into the web form workspace.
  • Flexible Submission Window: You can submit your abstract during registration or log into your user dashboard and submit/complete it anytime after registration before the deadline.
  • Language: All abstracts must be written in English.
  • Originality & Publication: Submissions must contain original research. All accepted abstracts will be published in the official NCPP-2026 Abstract Book.
  • Selection: Oral/Poster presentations will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee based on scientific merit and alignment with conference themes.

Required Information Fields

  • Scientific Theme Area: Select from the thematic dropdown list.
  • Presentation Title: Concise and informative (supports bold, italics, chemical formulas & superscripts).
  • Authors & Affiliations: Enter author full names and institutional addresses with automated index linking.
  • Corresponding Author Email: Mandatory contact email for notifications.

Abstract Body Guidelines

  • Word Count Limit: Strictly capped at Maximum 250 Words (automated real-time counter).
  • Formatting Tools: Integrated rich-text buttons for Bold, Italic, Superscript (X2), and Subscript (X2).
  • Clean Text Entry: Plain or formatted text can be pasted directly into the portal editor.

Important Formatting Restrictions

  • No Figures or Images: Diagrams, graphs, photos, or visual charts are strictly prohibited inside the abstract text.
  • No Tables: Do not paste tabular structures or matrices into the text area.
  • No Reference Lists: Avoid appending literature citations or bibliography sections.

Recommended Abstract Body Structure

  • Background / Purpose: Brief statement of the problem and research objectives.
  • Methodology: Essential experimental approaches or theoretical protocols used.
  • Key Findings / Results: Summary of essential observations and findings.
  • Conclusion: Scientific implication and contribution to climate-proofing agriculture.
